For professional practices

Your clients' information stays in your office.

If you hold privileged or confidential files, the usual AI advice does not apply to you. You cannot paste a client's matter into a chatbot.

Private tools for confidential work

So I build differently.

For practices that hold client files: law, accounting, and bookkeeping.

01

It runs on your own computer

A tool that handles confidential material is a file on your own computer.

02

Nothing uploads

Nothing about a client leaves the office.

03

No account to breach

There is no portal, no account, and no server holding your clients' information.

In practice

The task someone does by hand, gone.

Criminal defense practice · Salt Lake City
20 min

back on every new matter, by the attorney's count

Twenty minutes back on every new matter

A criminal defense practice in Salt Lake City was retyping the same client details into three documents for every new matter. I built one intake that produces all three. It runs on the attorney's own computer, so nothing about a client leaves the office.

It was in use on live matters the day after delivery, and he puts the saving at 20 minutes a matter.

Payroll · Owner-run field-service company
30 min

for a payroll that used to take over half a day

Payroll in 30 minutes, not half a day

Payroll meant building every technician's pay by hand. I built one file that takes the two reports the office already had and does the arithmetic, leaving a short list for her judgment.

The person who runs payroll says it went from over half a day to about 30 minutes.

Questions

Common questions.

Where does my clients' information go?

Nowhere. When a tool handles confidential or privileged material, I build it to run as a file on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account or server involved.

How is the work priced?

Most first projects are a fixed price for a defined result: one task taken off one person's plate, built, tested, and handed over. You know the price before the work starts. Ongoing help is available by the month for clients who want it.
